How a custom 3D print order works at BIN ATEEJ 3D

From your photo or file to a finished part: how to ask, how pricing and ready dates work, how you pay, and how it reaches you anywhere in the UAE.

1. Tell us what you need

Use the custom order form on the Services page. Describe the part, attach your STL, STEP, 3MF or OBJ file or a few photos, and choose a material if you know which one you want. Asking is free.

2. We reply with a price and a ready date

We look at the size, material and print time and reply on WhatsApp with the price and the date it will be ready. If something needs checking, like a measurement or a colour, we ask before we quote.

3. Pay with a secure link

When you agree the price we send a payment link. You pay by card or Apple Pay on the payment provider's own secure page, and your invoice is made automatically. Nothing is printed until it is paid.

4. We print, check and deliver

Your part is printed in Dubai, checked and packed. We deliver across the UAE, or you can collect. You get an email at each step, from packed to delivered.
